Broken brick falls through roof and strikes student

BUTTERWORTH: A Form Four student cheated death when a piece of broken brick, believed to have dislodged from the 30th floor of a condominium, crashed through the roof of the bedroom she was sleeping in.

Fatin Shafika Masuye, 16, who is living in her uncle’s double-storey wooden house in Kampung Bagan Dalam, said she had gone to bed at about 11pm on Wednesday when it was raining heavily.
