Honey collector out in the bushes attacked by sun bear

IT was the toughest three minutes for a 55-year-old honey collector in Kelantan when he found himself fighting for his life against a sun bear.

Che Hassan Yaacob told Kosmo! that he had been walking for about 10 minutes in the bushes behind Masjid Mukim Batang Merbau at 1.20pm on Tuesday when a one-metre-tall sun bear appeared.
