KUALA KANGSAR: Police have identified individuals, including those with ties to Perak royalty, who are involved in the selling of illegal state awards to the people.

Perak Ruler Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah said a detailed report submitted by the police revealed that these individuals were directly involved in the illicit activity.
