PETALING JAYA: Former second warrant officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail (pic), who was found guilty of indecent assault of a New Zealand woman, is appealing against his sentence.
According to a report in the New Zealand Herald (NZ Herald), the New Zealand Court of Appeal confirmed on Monday that an appeal against the sentence had been filed, although a hearing date has not yet been set.
