KUALA LUMPUR: Eight driving institutes lost their conspiracy claim against the Federal Government, the Road Transport Department director-general and three others over the 1Malaysia Licence Aid (BL1M) programme.
The High Court here also threw out their claims of discrimination and breach of statutory duty by JPJ officials on Tuesday.
