Strong winds, rough seas expected in Kelantan and Terengganu


KUALA LUMPUR: Strong north-easterly winds with speeds of between 50kph and 60kph causing waves as high as 4.5m are expected in waters off Kelantan and Terengganu from Thursday until next Tuesday.

According to the Malaysian Meteorological Department, such a weather condition is dangerous to shipping and beach activities, including fishing and ferry services.
