Adnan: No need to act against chiefs

PETALING JAYA: There is no need for action to be taken against the 14 Kedah Umno leaders for calling for Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir’s ouster, said Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

In a statement yesterday, he said Umno headquarters had scrutinised the press conference held by the division heads on Wednesday when they called on party president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to change the state’s leadership.
