GEORGE TOWN: A cake shop assistant was jailed a total of six years by the Sessions Court here for kidnapping and trafficking a seven-month-old baby girl.
Judge Ibrahim Osman sentenced Ooi Hooi Ling, 38, to three years in prison for kidnapping the infant, who was under the care of her grandmother, from a flat in Lorong Lembah Ria 1, Taman Happy Valley in Air Itam at about 3.30pm on Dec 12, 2013.
