PETALING JAYA: Resolving fear of crime is a collective effort to be undertaken by all, said Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
“All of us must join hands as it is a major concern. It is an urgent task but can only be done if everyone plays a role,” he said.
