Man, 71, freed of molesting 37-year-old businesswoman

GEORGE TOWN: A septuagenarian has been acquitted of molesting a 37-year-old businesswoman without having his defence called at a magistrate’s court.

Magistrate L. Umma Devi discharged and acquitted Ghazali Mohamad, 71, after ruling that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against him.
