PUTRAJAYA: The much-publicised child custody case involving a Muslim father and a non-Muslim mother over their two children continues at the Federal Court.
The counsel for Muslim convert Izwan Abdullah argued yesterday that the civil court had no jurisdiction to entertain custody applications by a non-Muslim against a Muslim spouse.
