Woman denied entry into convocation for wearing pants


PETALING JAYA: A Sarawakian woman, Marjorie Abdullah  was denied entry into her daughter's graduation at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Shah Alam because she was wearing pants, an online portal reported. 

“I wasn't supposed to wear pants, but as I was in Sarawak, I didn't see the invitation card my daughter had which had the dress code. They refused to accept my excuse,” she wrote on a comment on her Facebook page, which was reported by Malaysian Digest.
