KUALA TERENGGANU: More than 3,400 cows and buffaloes have been vaccinated by the Veterinary Services Department following a foot and mouth disease outbreak in the state.
State department director Dr Abdul Razak Mohd Zailan said the latest outbreak occurred in Kampung Gong Manok, Besut district, where three cows were infected.
