BATU PAHAT: A businessman and his clerk received five-year and three-year jail terms respectively for failing to pay salaries to 10 Cambodian workers and restricting their movements.
Goldsmith shop owner Chong Ming Kuan, 44, and clerk Tan Poh Bee, 39, were found guilty by Sessions Court judge Amran Jantan of the offences.
