JOHOR BARU: Two vessels have been detained by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) after they were spotted transferring oil illegally off Pengerang.
The vessels, one registered in Indonesia and the other in Port Klang, were caught in the act southeast of Teluk Ramunia at 3.40pm on Wednesday.
