PETALING JAYA: Almost 100 police reports have been lodged by angry Malaysians against the man who arrowed a sick and old Rottweiler in Taman Sinaran, Taming Jaya recently.
The man, believed to be an army officer, shot the dog with a bow and arrow when he spotted it near his home.
