Court: Second wife entitled to late hubby’s pension

THE Madras High Court has ruled that the second wife of a government servant is entitled to a share in the family pension, Tamil Nesan reported.

The first wife of a deceased chief executive officer, Visalakshmi, had submitted a petition that she married Stanuthan Thambi in 1958 and they had two daughters.
