Rowdy fans held after Johor-Pahang football match


JOHOR BARU: Four rowdy football fans were detained here following a standoff between supporters of the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) team and the police at the end of the first leg of the FA Cup semi-finals here.

Johor Baru (South) deputy police chief Supt Abdul Samad Salled said the four men, all in their 20s, were arrested for allegedly provoking the crowd at the Larkin Stadium here on Monday.
