MIRI: An 18-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his mother to death in her neck after a quarrel over a handphone spiralled into violence.
The teenager, said to be a Form Five student of a local school, was picked up by police near the Miri Stadium at around 4pm yesterday.
