MALACCA: He is only 15 – but he is already the mastermind behind a gang of teenage snatch thieves which preys mainly on women and tourists.
The gang of seven, aged between 15 and 18, are believed to have pulled off at least 80 snatch thefts in the historic city in the last few months.
