KOTA KINABALU: Police have arrested four men for stealing handbags from the gutted Servay Hypermarket in Sandakan.
Sandakan district police chief Asst Comm Rowell Marong said the men were carrying a sack and coming out from a hole behind the burnt-down hypermarket at about 1.30am on Wednesday.
