KOTA KINABALU: Two people pleaded not guilty in a Sessions Court here to a charge of planting cannabis.
Frenchwoman Melissa Marie Commins, 31, and Jon Stephen Mosundu, 24, were charged with committing the offence at No. 302, Signal Hill Tower, Jalan Bukit Bendera here at 11.30am on Jan 29 this year.
