Tourism Malaysia bags prestigious Japan award


PETALING JAYA: Tourism Malaysia has been awarded the prestigious Japan Association of Travel Agents (Jata) Award of Excellence in the tourism board and embassy category at the Jata Tabihaku Travel Showcase 2013, which is one of the largest travel shows in Asia.

The Jata Tourism Award conferred to Tourism Malaysia is in recognition of its efforts in promoting and enhancing tourism exchanges between Japan and Malaysia, including a joint initiative called the Jata 1 Million Project.
