KUALA LUMPUR: An eight-year-old girl is suing the Government and 29 others for medical negligence during her birth at the Selayang Hospital which allegedly left her with brain damage.
Muhammad Hafiz Abd Wasit and Nor Azalina Mohd Songib, who filed the suit on behalf of their daughter Nurul Husna, said she was and would be dependent on others for all activities of daily living for the rest of her life.
