Penang ramp collapse: Legal action will be taken against those responsible, says DOSH


GEORGE TOWN: Court action will be taken against those responsible for the collapse of the ramp in Batu Maung connecting the second Penang Bridge.

Penang Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) director Mohd Anuar Embi said on Sunday the contractor could be charged under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 if he or she were found to have failed to adhere to the provision.
