KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah Court can annul the marriage between the 13-year-old girl in Sabah and the man accused of raping her even if they had been having sex after their marriage.
SIS legal officer Kartina said that even if they had consummated the marriage, the court could annul it under Islamic Family Law in Sabah because of the consent factor.
