Jobless man sentenced to 12 months jail, whipping for molesting teen sister

KUALA LUMPUR: A magistrate sentenced a jobless man to 12 months' jail and ordered him to be whipped one time for molesting his sister last week.

Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin advised the man to be a useful person.
