KUALA LUMPUR: The mastermind behind the kidnapping of Dutch boy Nayati Shamelin Moodliar is an amateur, said CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah.
Based on the modus operandi of the case, he said, the man, a father of one, was a novice who could not even devise a foolproof escape for himself after the victim was kidnapped on April 27.
