Woman who filmed KFC fracas says issue about chicken

KLANG: A woman who filmed the incident at a KFC outlet which went viral on the Internet said she heard loud exchanges between a customer and the KFC staff.

The woman, who wanted to be known as Jess told a press conference Saturday, that she heard a customer telling the staff that they should inform the customers if the outlet had run out of chicken.
