HIGH electricity charges and lack of public toilets were among the concerns brought up by panthal (stall) operators during the recent Thaipusam 2015 panthal meeting.
Arulmigu Balathandayuthapani Hilltop Temple chairman R. Subramaniam said the temple management was forking out the money to rent 26 mobile toilets and the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) was supplying three more, but it was still not sufficient.
