DESPITE a recent hike of 20 sen per litre in the RON95 petrol price, most Ipoh folk said changing to cars that consume less petrol is not within their current plans.
Those interviewed by The Star said they would continue using their vehicles but urged the government to improve existing public transportation to offer an alternative for the people.
