KUCHING: The Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, together with the 2014 Japanese Film Festival organisers, Japan Foundation, have launched the 11th edition of the festival at GSC CityOne Megamall with a special screening of the movie, “Like Father Like Son” by Hirokazu Kore-eda.
The event was hosted by Shoichi Toyoda, director of Japan Foundation Kuala Lumpur. Also present was Mio Yachita (head of cultural affairs/assistant director of Japan Foundation Kuala Lumpur) and Kyoko Kugai (senior programme officer of Japan Foundation Kuala Lumpur).
