IT CERTAINLY calls for a double celebration for Gunasingh M. James when he was conferred an award on his birthday this year.
Besides turning 50 yesterday, he was also conferred the Pingat Jasa Masyarakat (PJM) award at Dewan Sri Pinang in conjunction with Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas’ 76th birthday.
