Army wives give back to society

Altogether now: The chaperones, including Zubariah (right), singing 'Happy Birthday' for the May babies.

KUCHING: It was one helluva time for 12 special children from Community-Based Rehabilitation Centre (PPDK) of Penrissen Army Camp as they got to learn all about golf at Samarahan Country Club.

The trip was organised by members of the Association of Wives of Royal Malay Regiment 11th Batallion Personnel (Bakat RAMD 11) Semenggo Camp Chapter near Kota Sentosa, as part of the week-long 45th anniversary celebrations of the batallion’s foundation.
