Ministry more than willing to help young mothers

KUCHING: The Welfare, Women and Family Development Ministry says it is more than ready to help all expecting mothers who are facing difficulties.

“Come to us. There is no social stigma here. We want to help. We protect everyone,” its minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said at a press conference after chairing a meeting on babies without birth certificates, here yesterday.
