Restaurant's buka puasa buffet features a variety of homemade cuisine

The chefs from Mosaic restaurant, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, are adding their own unique twist to the buka puasa buffet dinner this Ramadan.

Serving more than 100 dishes from starters to desserts with five rotating menus, Mosaic chef de cuisine Raymond Abou Rjeily said each dish was personally prepared by the hotel’s chefs.
