Amid talk of making way for younger candidates in the general election (GE13), DAP’s Dr Tan Seng Giaw has not denied the possibility of him vying for the Kepong seat for the eighth time.
In the run-up to GE13, speculation is rife that he might not be fielded but Dr Tan has brushed off speculations about his candidacy.
