Scaffolding poses threat to low-cost apartment residents

KUCHING: Residents of the low-cost apartments near Jalan Arang here are crying foul over the slow progress of paint work to their apartment blocks.

A resident, who wanted to be identified only as Chang, said it had been about three months since most of the blocks had been set up with scaffolding up to the top floors.
