One big loop of a mess in MBPJ's RM23.8mil one-way road

THERE appears to be no end to criticisms on the one-way loop (OWL) system that Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) budgeted to be RM23.8mil.

Work started in October 2014 and until today, the alignment of the road system continues to change without warning.
