IT SEEMS that the Petaling Jaya City Council’s department which is responsible for collection of revenue is very efficient because on Jan 2, the second day of the new year, I received the assessment bill for 2015, notifying me to pay up my assessment of RM448.80 for half a year.

As a duty-bound resident of this state, I have always paid within one month or so.
