TOURISM and cultural property developer Yong Tai Bhd will set the new benchmark in condominium-hotel (condotel) living with its latest property project – The Dawn – to be developed within its multi-billion-ringgit Impression City in Kota Laksamana, Melaka.

The Dawn@ Impression City, to be built on a two-hectare site, will comprise one 28-storey block and another 29-storey block.
