NOW that he has retired from the force, Datuk Dell Akhbar Khan, the former police chief of Kuala Lumpur, says his new job as vice-president of the Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB) is pretty much stress-free. Well, most of the time, anyway.

Dell remembers an incident not too long ago that had everyone in a state of agitation.
