CUBAN cuisine may not be as well-known as food from other Latin American countries among Malaysians, a situation that two Cuban chefs hope to change.

To introduce locals to Cuban flavours, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur (SHRKL) and the Cuban Embassy in Malaysia will be presenting a Cuban Food Fiesta by Cuban guest chefs Carlos Silvio Otero Perez and Eddy Fernandez Monte.
