AS A mark of respect for the Year of the Rooster, the Chinese New Year set menu at Toh Yuen Restaurant in Hilton Petaling Jaya will see more seafood-based ingredients but no chicken.

The restaurant’s sous chef Ric Teoh will usher in the new year without “offending” the rooster.
