Chef puts family and filial piety at the centre of Chinese New Year offerings

FIVE Sens5es at The Westin Kuala Lumpur has opted for authentic Cantonese meals steeped in cultural significance to honour elders of the family this lunar new year.

In creating his menu, Five Sen5es Chinese chef Tan Tzaan Liing took cognisance of the importance of tradition and respecting elders during Chinese New Year and came up with a menu reminiscent of the good old days, and of reunion dinners.
