KUANTAN: The younger generation’s interest in action films and videos is believed to be one of the reasons for the increase in a “culture of violence,” said Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.

The Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman said he believes the violent content in movies, social media and videos to a certain extent influenced the younger generation to behave violently and into bullying others.
