THE Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC) spanning 25,083sq m is poised to turn the state into a hub for conventions and exhibitions in Southeast Asia.
Its multipurpose hall will be a sprawling 7,060sq m, the largest ever planned for Penang.
