JOHOR BARU: Salesman Lim Chi Peng, 39, received a pleasant surprise when he was announced the winner of RM1,500 at a grand lucky draw ceremony here.

The father-of-two, whose children were jumping and cheering when they heard the announcement for the grand prize, said it was truly a lucky moment for his family.
