MPSJ pushes on for city status


The Persiaran Tujuan bridge in Subang Jaya was upgraded under MPSJ‘s beautification project.

OBTAINING the status of a city does not automatically mean a hike in assessment taxes, Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) president Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan assured residents.

The council submitted its application for city status to the state government last year. It got residents concerned about the possibility of higher assessment tax.
