Shops occupying Hicks Flat carpark torn down

A ROW of shoplots at the Hicks Flat, along Changkat Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur, was torn down after nine months.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) demolished the illegal structures at the flats’ basement and ground floor on Jan 25 after receiving constant complaints from residents since May last year.
